Photo Deluxe 4.0 trouble reinstalling

I've had Photo Deluxe 4.0 many years and have installed in on several computers that I've had.

Problem: Photo Deluxe kept giving me NOT RESPONDING and cutting out on me while working on it, so I uninstalled it, now it won't let me reinstall it.

ERROR MESSAGE: THIS SYSTEM IS NOT SUITABLE FOR RUNNING MS-DOW & MICROSOFT WINDOWS APPLICATIONS.

The thing is it's been on my computer for over a year and now just won't reinstall. HAS ANYONE GOT A FIX FOR THIS.

Would appreciate any help you can give me.

PD 4.0 has stopped opening on my pc also, and I too deinstalled and tried reinstalling and that would work either. HELP!
