Help Need to find Parser plug in for photo delux 3.0

have photo deluxe home edition 3.0. just bought a new computer and windows xp says i need EPS Parser plug in to run properly.adobe states download page doesn't have the downloads any more for this product so can anyone help me and tell me where i might find this plug in
